We were joined on the Popternative show by Kyra Leroux who plays Lisa-Karen in season 2 of Netflix’s Firefly Lane which premiered with part 1 on Friday, December 2nd with the first 9 episodes. Part 2 will launch in 2023, and it stars Katherine Heigl and Sarah Chalke as best friends Tully and Kate who’s 30 year friendship goes through many ups and downs. Told through flashbacks, the cast also includes Ali Skovbye, Roan Curtis, Ben Lawson, Beau Garrett, Yael Yurman, India de Beaufort, Greg Germann, Jolene Purdy, and Ignacio Serricchio. In season 2, we are introduced to Lisa-Karen works with Tully and Kate during the 1970s and desperately wants to be Kate’s best friend.

Kyra is best known for playing fan-favorite Britta Beach in seasons 5 and 6 of The CW’s popular series Riverdale. The role was meant to only be for 2 episodes but turned into a recurring guest star, with the character garnering a loyal fan base.
