Written and directed by Dave Chernin and John Chernin (It’s Always Sunny in Philadelphia), Incoming follows four freshmen who are face the challenge of attending their very first high school party.
The film also stars Mason Thames (The Black Phone), Ramon Reed (13: The Musical), Raphael Alejandro (Bunk’d), Bardia Seiri (Grey’s Anatomy), Loren Gray (Glow Up with Loren Gray), Ali Gallo (Unhuman), Scott MacArthur (Killing It), Thomas Barbusca (Luckiest Girl Alive), Kim Hawthorne (Greenleaf), Victoria Moroles (Teen Wolf), Kayvan Shai (FBI), with Kaitlin Olson (It’s Always Sunny in Philadelphia), and Bobby Cannavale (The Watcher).
“I definitely rewatched all of the good old classics, although we’re not trying to necessarily recreate that, we’re paying tribute to something and having a film like that in today’s generation,” says Isabella when discussing the common comparison of Incoming to other teen comedies such as Superbad and the American Pie films. She also tells us about her audition process for the role of Bailey and working with the entire cast.
