During the panel, Waugh also stated that he’d love to explore some of these returning stories through long-form storytelling. This miniseries will be developed by Ghost in the Shell’s Kenji Kamiyama and will release on Disney+ in 2026.

Fans also were also presented with exclusive concept art and visual sneak peeks into some of these episodes, which includes “Yuko’s Treasure”, “The Bird of Paradise”, and ANIMA’s returning episode, “The Duel: Payback”. The panel’s exclusive sizzle reel also showcased huge AT-ATs emerging from the ice, 3D-animated lightsaber duels, and much more.
