Award-winning visionary director Genndy Tartakovsky’s (Samurai Jack, Dexter’s Laboratory) newest project is the R-rated animated comedy, FIXED. The film debuted on Netflix on August 13, and Tartakovsky wrote the screenplay with Jon Vitti (The Simpsons, King of the Hill).
FIXED follows Bull, an average, all-around good dog who discovers he’s going to be neutered and realizes he needs one last adventure with his pack of best friends before he goes under the knife. He has “24 hours to squeeze in one last balls-to-the-wall adventure with the boys.”
The voice cast is led by Adam Devine (Workaholics, Pitch Perfect) as Bull, Idris Elba (Heads of State, Luther) as a boxer named Rocco, Kathryn Hahn as Honey the showdog, Fred Armisen (Wednesday, Portlandia) as Fetch the dachshund, Bobby Moynihan (NCIS: Origins, Saturday Night Live) as a nervous beagle named Lucky, Beck Bennett (Platonic, Saturday Night Live) as another showdog named Sterling, Michelle Buteau (Survival of the Thickest, Babes) as Molasses, a Borzoi, and River Gallo (Ponyboi) as Frankie, an intersex Dobermann.
