We recently got to speak with actor Alex Garfin who is currently starring as Jordan Kent on the CW’s hit series Superman & Lois. The series premiered on February 23, 2021. We discuss being a part of the Arrowverse, preparing for his role and more.

Casual Superman fans might not be aware that in the comics, Superman & Lois have children together. The show does an excellent job portraying Superman’s family dynamic in ways we’ve never seen before. For Alex Garfin, he was fully aware the magnitude of the role he was given, “Being able to bring to life in a grounded manner a completely new character, adding to one of the longest and most important figures in America. It was just an unbelievable task.” In preparation for his role, he pulled from his own experiences dealing with the social anxiety and you can see it translate on screen.
