Best Commercials of Super Bowl LVIII
Super Bowl Sunday is one of the biggest nights of the year for television. On Sunday, February 11, 2024, the San Francisco 49ers and the Kansas City Chiefs competed in Super Bowl LVIII which took place at Allegiant Stadium in Las Vegas, Nevada. The Kansas City Chiefs took home the Lombardi trophy, winning the big game with a score of 25-22.
On the music end of the Super Bowl, Andra Day performed “Lift Every Voice and Sing,” Post Malone performed “America the Beautiful,” and Reba McEntire sang the national anthem. Usher was this year’s headliner of the Apple Music Halftime show with special guests Alicia Keys, Will.i.am, H.E.R., Lil Jon, Jermaine Dupri, and Ludacris. Usher performed a medley of hits including “U Don’t Have to Call,” “Yeah,” “Superstar,” “Love in This Club,” “My Boo,” and “Confessions.”

During the program, teases for upcoming films like Deadpool & Wolverine, Wicked, Twisters, The Fall Guy, Knuckles, If, and A Quiet Place: Day One were shown, yet some of the biggest moments came during commercials for brands.
Beyoncé starred in a Verizon ad alongside Tony Hale where she attempted to break the telecommunications service, but broke the internet, again, instead when it was revealed new music would be released. It was also a night of reunions with Parks and Recreation co-stars Aubrey Plaza and Nick Offerman starring in a Mountain Dew commercial, Friends screen partners Jennifer Aniston and David Schwimmer appearing in an Uber Eats ads together, and Arnold Schwarzenegger reuniting with his Twins co-star Danny DeVito in a commercial for State Farm.
