We were joined on the Popternative show by Dani Kind, Jessalyn Wanlim, Enuka Okuma, and Sarah McVie who star in the critically acclaimed and award-winning CBC original comedy series Workin’ Moms. The 7th and final season premiered in Canada on January 3rd on CBC and streams on the free CBC Gem. CBC’s world premiere will be followed by a global release everywhere outside Canada on Netflix.
Filmed over the summer and early fall of 2022, the final season explores lasting friendships, ambitious careers, raising families, and growing up. As Workin’ Moms takes its final bow, the flawed, formidable women will face the biggest challenge of all: striking the right balance. Reprising their roles are: Catherine Reitman as Kate; Dani Kind as Anne; Jessalyn Wanlim as Jenny; Philip Sternberg as Nathan; Ryan Belleville as Lionel; Sarah McVie as Val; Sadie Munroe as Alice; Peter Keleghan as Richard; Nikki Duval as Rosie; and Enuka Okuma as Sloane Mitchell, among other fan favourites.
