Well Go USA Entertainment released the trailer today for the upcoming supernatural horror film, The Beast Within starring Kit Harington (Game of Thrones, Externals), Ashleigh Cummings (Citadel, The Goldfinch), James Cosmo (Tom Clancy’s Jack Ryan, Braveheart), and Caoilinn Springall (Stopmotion, Citadel).
The Beast Within will premiere nationwide in theaters July 26. It is directed by Alexander J. Farrell (Refugee), and written by Farrell and Greer Taylor Ellison (How to Date Billy Walsh).
The synopsis reads: “After a series of strange events leads her to question her family’s isolated life on a fortified compound deep in the English wilds, 10-year-old Willow follows her parents on one of their secret late-night treks to the heart of the ancient forest. But upon witnessing her father undergo a terrible transformation, she too becomes ensnared by the dark ancestral secret they’ve tried so desperately to conceal.”
Producers are Merlin Merton (How to Date Billy Walsh), Martin Owen (The Loneliest Boy in the World), Ryan Hamilton (Possessor), Karl Hall (The Gentlemen), Sebastian Street (How to Date Billy Walsh), Alex Chang (A Woman at Night), Jack Christian (Run Rabbit Run), Evan Ross (The Loneliest Boy in the World), Jordan Wagner (5lbs of Pressure), and Ying Ye (Hotel Mumbai).
