Paramount today revealed the official trailer for the upcoming biopic, Bob Marley: One Love premiering in theaters February 14th. The film “celebrates the life and music of an icon who inspired generations through his message of love and unity. On the big screen for the first time, discover Bob’s powerful story of overcoming adversity and the journey behind his revolutionary music.” Kingsley Ben-Adir (Barbie, The OA) stars as the legendary musician with Lashana Lynch (The Woman King, No Time to Die) as his wife Rita.
The cast also includes James Norton, Tosin Cole, Umi Myers, Anthony Welsh, Nia Ashi, Aston Barrett Jr., Anna-Sharé Blake, Gawaine “J-Summa” Campbell, Naomi Cowan, Alexx A-Game, Michael Gandolfini, Quan-Dajai Henriques, David Kerr, Hector Roots Lewis, Abijah “Naki Wailer” Livingston, Nadine Marshall, Sheldon Shepherd, Andrae Simpson, and Stefan A.D Wade.
Bob Marley: One Love is directed by Reinaldo Marcus Green (King Richard, We Own This City), with a story by Terence Winter (The Wolf of Wall Street, Boardwalk Empire) & Frank E. Flowers (The Ropes), and screenplay by Terence Winter and Frank E. Flowers and Zach Baylin (Gran Turismo) and Reinaldo Marcus Green.
