Blue is back on the big screen with an all new family fun film Blue’s Big City Adventure streaming now on Paramount+. Blue’s Big City Adventure follows Josh (Josh Dela Cruz), who gets the opportunity of a lifetime to audition for Rainbow Puppy’s (Brianna Bryan) Broadway musical, and Blue (Traci Paige Johnson) as they skidoo to New York City where they meet new friends and discover the magic of music, dance and following one’s dreams. The entire “Blue’s Clues” crew is reunited for this special movie event, with the beloved animated friends and all three hosts – Josh, Steve (Steve Burns) and Joe (Donovan Patton) – together for the first time in the Big Apple.
We were joined on the Popternative show by Joshu Dela Cruz, BD Wong, Donovan Patton, and Brianna Bryan to chat about Blue’s new movie and what viewers can expect from it. In our interviews, they speak about the film being part of the Blues Clues universe, the importance of edutainment, what it was like working on a film that has the perfect combonation of music and learning, and much more.
