Netflix today announced that the action thriller The Night Agent will conclude with its fourth season which is now in production.

Creator, EP and Showrunner, Shawn Ryan tells Tudum, “Ever since the initial success of The Night Agent, I’ve been obsessed with eventually delivering a proper and thrilling conclusion to the show and to Peter Sutherland’s journey. I’m so grateful to Netflix and Sony Pictures Television for partnering with me on The Night Agent and for giving us the space to deliver a definitive final season to our worldwide legion of fans. We are hard at work to complete our story and to make our final season one our fans will never forget.”

New cast joining Season 4 are Titus Welliver (Bosch, Dark Winds) as Duval, Li Jun Li (Sinners, Babylon) as Min, Trevante Rhodes (Moonlight, Bird Box) as Dom, and Elizabeth Lail (Five Nights at Freddy’s, You) as Zoe.

Season 3 launched on February 19, 2026, and drove Peter (Gabriel Basso) to the edge as he unraveled a shadowy web of illicit funding, forcing him to reassess his loyalties and take on corruption at the very top of government.

While the finale left fans with many more questions, Ryan tells Tudum that the Season 3 ending was “meant to be a launching pad for Season 4.”

Season 1-3 of The Night Agent are streaming on Netflix.
