Popternative has an exclusive still to share from the upcoming horror film It Feeds starring Ashley Greene (Twilight film franchise), Shawn Ashmore (X-Men film franchise), and Ellie O’Brien (My Life With The Walter Boys).
It Feeds tells the harrowing story of a young girl who insists that a malevolent entity is feeding on her. Greene portrays a clairvoyant therapist who must confront her own personal demons to save the girl before she is consumed completely. Ashmore takes on the role of an anguished father, desperately struggling to protect his daughter.
Written and directed by Chad Archibald (I’ll Take Your Dead), the cast also includes Shayelin Martin (Wild Goat Surf), Julian Richings (The Umbrella Academy), Juno Rinaldi (Workin’ Moms), and Mark Taylor (Cinderella Man).
It Feeds will be released on April 18th in the US in select theatres and to rent or purchase on video-on-demand (VOD) via Samuel Goldwyn. It will be released in the United Kingdom and Ireland May 12th from Signature Entertainment. In Canada, the film will be released by Black Fawn Distribution in theatres April 18th with advanced screenings taking place on April 16th as part of National Canadian Film Day.
“It was a dream making this nightmare,” says writer/director Archibald. “It’s a film full of the things that terrify me the most and I think that will resonate with audiences when it hits theatres this April.”
