We were joined on the Popternative show by actor and model Tre Hale who can be seen playing Andy in the new Apple TV+ comedy series Platonic alongside Seth Rogen and Rose Byrne. The series premiered on May 24th and follows a platonic pair of former best friends (Rogen and Byrne) who reconnect and try to get past the rift that led to their falling out. Prior to joining to acting scene, Tre played college football at UCLA for five years.

Tre can also be seen playing the recurring role of Kai in the sports drama series All American alongside Taye Diggs, Daniel Ezra, Samantha Logan, and Michael Evans Behling. The series is inspired by the life of pro football player Spencer Paysinger and follows a star high-school football player from South Central who gets recruited to play for Beverly Hills High School.
