Here at Popternative, we had the chance to speak with Puerto Rican reggaeton singer Lenny Tavárez. The San-Juan native’s latest solo album titled KRACK is out now via Warner Music Latina. The album contains 14 fresh tracks and collaborations with Nicky Jam, Zion & Lennox, KEVVO and others. In the interview, we talk about his new project, his fans, working with Nicky Jam, and more.

When it comes to music, Lenny was a late bloomer. He originally began making music at age 19, and now at age 34, he is debuting his first solo album. For the past 12 years, Lenny has been making waves in the music industry with his reggaeton partner Dylan. The process hasn’t always been easy, which makes Lenny appreciate this new accomplishment even more, he says, “It’s a great opportunity. I feel blessed to do what I want. To do what I love.”
