We had the pleasure of the chatting with the incredible Joss Stone about her brand new album, Never Forget My Love. Joss worked on this record with legendary Dave Stewart (Eurythmics), and the album is slated for release February 11, 2022 via Stewart’s label, Bay Street Records.
In our interview, Joss talks about genre bending in popular music and being able to write the music she wants to write, “I wanted it to be classy, and dramatic, and I hope that’s what we achieved” Joss explains. She also mentions that her past insecurities about her work have faded away, “I think I’m too old and too boring – I do not have it. I’m just like ‘this is what we are’, the end.” She then discusses what listeners can expect from the new album.
