It’s that time of year again where you cure that New Years hangover and head to the gym to begin that “New Year, New Me” campaign. For the first week you’ll have the most motivation you’ve ever seen in yourself. You’ll throw on that new gear you got from the holidays, find a new killer Spotify playlist and start that journey to “getting more fit” or “lose (x) amount of weight” – completing your new year’s resolution.
As a frequent gym-goer myself, there’s one channel I literally watch before each gym session (seriously – I binge on this stuff). Makaveli Motivation is NOT for the faint hearted, but if you’re the hardcore type, it’ll get you through any early morning crawl to the gym.
