We recently had the pleasure to speak with author Kaleb Dahlgren on the Popternative show. His new book, Crossroads: My Story of Tragedy and Resilience as a Humboldt Bronco, details how the tragic bus accident in 2018 has shaped him and how he continues to carry on the legacy of his fallen brothers. We discuss how his life has changed, his writing process, and much more.

When asked about his writing process for the book Kaleb replied, “It was actually pretty cathartic. I’m not going to lie, I was a little bit scared going into it and didn’t know what to expect. As I was writing it, I was able to heal from different things.” Being a first time author, it was a learning experience for Kaleb he says, “I really found strength in being vulnerable. To open yourself up is a true strength.”
