Yellowstone may have ended, but the Dutton storylines are not over yet. Kayce Dutton (played by Luke Grimes) now has his own series, Marshals, which premiered on March 1 on CBS, and now, Rip Wheeler and Beth Dutton are about to get their own. Dutton Ranch, which stars Cole Hauser and Kelly Reilly reprising their Yellowstone roles, will premiere on May 15 on Paramount+, and an official teaser video was released today. The series will also air on the Paramount Network (at 8 pm ET).
The synopsis for Dutton Ranch reads, “As Beth and Rip fight to build a future together – far from the ghosts of Yellowstone – they collide with brutal new realities and a ruthless rival ranch that will stop at nothing to protect its empire. In South Texas, blood runs deeper, forgiveness is fleeting, and the cost of survival might just be your soul.”
Also reprising his role is Finn Little as Beth and Rip’s adopted son, Carter. Joining the series are Ed Harris (Westworld, Apollo 13), Annette Bening (Nyad, American Beauty), Juan Pablo Raba (Narcos, Six), Jai Courtney (War Machine, Dangerous Animals), J.R. Villarrea (Landman, Akeelah and the Bee), Marc Menchaca (Dexter: Resurrection, Ozark), and Natalie Alyn Lind (The Goldbergs, Tell Me a Story).
The series is created by and executive produced by showrunner Chad Feehan (Lawmen: Bass Reeves, Ray Donovan) and based on characters created by executive producers Taylor Sheridan and John Linson.
