We recently chatted with the cast, director, and writer of Netflix’s latest horror flick, There’s Someone Inside Your House, on the Popternative show. The film was released on October 6 and follows a teenager (Sydney Park) who moves away from Hawaii to live with her grandmother, and is confronted by her past after students at her school are murdered. There’s Someone Inside Your House is produced by Shawn Levy, (Stranger Things), Dan Cohen (Stranger Things), James Wan (Saw), and Michael Clear (The Curse of La Llorona).

We spoke with Sydney Park who stars in the film as Makani about her experiences filming a horror flick with Netflix.

We also had the chance to speak with cast members Asjha Cooper, who plays Alex, Jesse LaTourette, who plays Darby, Dale Whibley who plays Zach, and Diego Josef, who plays Rodrigo. We discuss each of their characters and the complexities behind them.

We also had the absolute pleasure of talking with There’s Someone Inside Your House’s director, Patrick Brice, and Henry Gayden who wrote the screenplay. Patrick Brice directed both Creep and Creep 2, and discusses how when directing There’s Someone Inside Your House, he had the same approach when it came to character development on-screen.
