We had the opportunity to speak with Canadian-Jamaican actor Brandon McKnight. He’s starring as Chester P. Runk on The CW’S hit show The Flash. We talk about the Arrowverse, starting in theatre, being a Canadian actor from Brampton, Ontario and more.
Brandon McKnight on The Flash
Brandon is responsible for bringing one of the most loveable characters in the Arrowverse to life. In our interview, Brandon goes into detail about how much fun it was to play Chester, and agrees with Petey Beats that Chester is “The Guy”. He approaches his character with child-like spontaneity, “He’s a kid in a grown man’s body,” Brandon says. Being a part of the Arrowverse is not something to take lightly. The weight it carries is something Brandon is fully aware of as he says, “I do feel privileged to be on a show like this.”
