Venom, which according to Sony, will be set in the same realm as Spider-Man: Homecoming, stars Tom Hardy as Eddie Brock/Venom along with Michelle Williams, Riz Ahmed and Reid Scott. While the trailer was just recently released, fans were not impressed that Venom himself is never seen. But that might be a pretty smart marketing move. It also should be noted that the trailer itself is a teaser – and Sony has definitely succeeded in ‘teasing’ fans.
Venom will be released in theaters on October 5th, 2018. Check out the (teaser) trailer below.
