
Netflix announced today that the true crime docuseries, Homicide: New York, from Law & Order creator Dick Wolf, will arrive on Netflix March 20th, 2024. Homicide: Los Angeles will premiere later in 2024. They also released the official trailer for New York (below).
Homicide is a new docuseries that illuminates the stories of notorious murder cases as told by the people who know them best: the detectives and prosecutors who cracked them. Each series will have 5 episodes and are produced by Wolf Entertainment and Alfred Street Industries.

The synopsis for Homicide: New York reads: “5 episodes. 5 different crimes. The same group of detectives and prosecutors revisit their most challenging homicide cases in this chilling true-crime documentary series.”

Dick Wolf (Law & Order, FBI, Chicago P.D.), Tom Thayer (Cold Justice, Criminal Confessions), Jane Lipsitz (Top Chef, Blood & Money), Dan Cutforth (Project Runway, Top Chef), Nan Strait (Cold Justice, Top Chef), Dan Volpe (Below Deck, Below Deck Mediterranean), and Adam Kassen (Criminal Confessions, Murder for Hire) serve as executive producers.
