Trailer Debut: Season 4 of Only Murders in the Building Premiering August 27
Hulu today released the official trailer for the highly anticipated season 4 of Only Murders in the Building starring Steve Martin, Martin Short and Selena Gomez. The new season premieres August 27th, with new episodes streaming on Tuesdays on Hulu in the U.S and on Disney+ in Canada.
In season 4, the amateur podcasting trio wrestles with the shocking events at the end of season 3 surrounding Charles’ stunt double and friend Sazz Pataki. Questioning whether she or Charles was the intended victim, their investigation leads them all the way to Los Angeles where a Hollywood studio is readying a film about the Only Murders podcast. As Charles, Oliver and Mabel race back to New York, they embark on an even more epic journey — traversing their building’s courtyard to delve into the twisted lives of the Arconia’s West Tower residents.
It was announced in June that Eugene Levy (Schitt’s Creek), Zach Galifianakis (The Hangover), and Eva Longoria (Desperate Housewives) will join and play themselves taking on the roles of Charles, Oliver and Mabel as season 4 will lead the investigation trio to Los Angeles where a Hollywood studio is making a movie about the Only Murders podcast. Season 4 also stars Michael Cyril Creighton (American Fiction), with special guest stars Meryl Streep (Mamma Mia!), Richard Kind (Spin City), Jane Lynch (Glee), Melissa McCarthy (Bridesmaids), Kumail Nanjiani (The Big Sick), Da’Vine Joy Randolph (The Holdovers), Molly Shannon (The Other Two), and more.
