Prime Video today revealed the official trailer for the upcoming holiday special, Merry Little Batman, produced by Warner Bros. Animation and based on characters from DC. Set to premiering on the streaming platform December 8th, the animated special stars Luke Wilson (Fingernails, Stargirl), Yonas Kibreab (Sweet ToothObi-Wan Kenobi), James Cromwell (SuccessionThe Young Pope), and David Hornsby (Mythic Quest, It’s Always Sunny in Philadelphia).

The film is directed by Mike Roth (Regular Show, Camp Lazlo!), written by Morgan Evans (Earth to Ned, Fast Foodies) and Jase Ricci (Rapunzel’s Tangled Adventure, Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles), with music by Fall Out Boy’s Patrick Stump.

Logline: This Christmas, Damian Wayne wants to be a superhero like his dad—the one and only Batman. When Damian is left home alone while Batman takes on Gotham’s worst supervillains on Christmas Eve, he stumbles upon a villainous plot to steal Christmas and leaps at the chance to save the day.
