Paramount+ today revealed the official trailer for the Season 2 of Taylor Sheridan’s hit series, Landman, premiering on Sunday, November 16. Set in the boomtowns of West Texas, Landman premiered in November 2024, and is a modern tale of fortune seeking amongst roughnecks and wildcat billionaires – fueling an oil boom so big it’s reshaping the climate, the economy and geopolitics.
Season 2 of Landman stars Billy Bob Thornton (Goliath), Demi Moore (The Substance), Andy Garcia (Ocean’s 11), Sam Elliott (1883), Ali Larter (Final Destination), Jacob Lofland (The Son), Michelle Randolph (1923), Paulina Chávez (Fate: The Winx Saga), Kayla Wallace (When Calls the Heart), Mark Collie (Nashville), James Jordan (Lioness), and Colm Feore (The Umbrella Academy).
The Season 2 synopsis reads, “As oil rises from the earth, so do secrets – and Tommy Norris’s (Thornton) breaking point may be closer than he realizes. Facing mounting pressure from M-Tex Oil, Cami Miller (Moore), and the shadow of his kin, survival in West Texas isn’t noble – it’s brutal. And sooner or later something’s got to break.”
