Disney has released the first teaser for Camp Rock 3, offering fans a glimpse at the franchise’s next generation of aspiring rock stars while welcoming back the Jonas Brothers. The preview also features the debut performance of the film’s new original single, “One Beat Away.” The film premieres on Disney Channel on August 13, and will stream the following day on Disney+.
The synopsis reads, “When Connect 3 loses their opening act for a major reunion tour, they return to their beloved Camp Rock to discover the next big thing. As campers vie for the chance to open for their favorite band, tensions rise and friendships are tested – leading to unexpected alliances, revelations, and romances.”
Returning cast members from the previous films include Joe Jonas as Shane Gray, Nick Jonas as Nate Gray, Kevin Jonas as Jason Gray, and Maria Canals-Barrera as Connie.
Joining the franchise are Liamani Segura (High School Musical: The Musical: The Series), Malachi Barton (Zombies 4: Dawn of the Vampires), Lumi Pollack (Electric Bloom), Sherry Cola (Joy Ride), Hudson Stone, Casey Trotter (The Thundermans: Undercover), Brooklynn Pitts (Classroom Confidential), and Ava Jean (A Week Away).
“One Beat Away,” first single from Camp Rock 3 and performed by Liamani and the cast, is now available on Spotify, Apple Music, Amazon Music, an YouTube Music. The Camp Rock 3 Original Soundtrack will be available to pre-save/pre-add and pre-order digitally and to pre-order on vinyl beginning July 13. The digital soundtrack will be available August 13 with the vinyl to follow.
