We were joined back on the Popternative show by Lauren LaVera who returns to the Terrifier franchise as Sienna in Terrifier 3, which was released in theaters on October 11. Lauren joined Terrifier 2 in 2022 and has since become horror fans’ favorite ‘final girl.’
Directed and written once again by Damien Leone, Terrifier 3 follows Art the Clown (played again by David Howard Thornton) as he unleashes chaos on the unsuspecting residents of Miles County as they peacefully drift off to sleep on Christmas Eve.
The Terrifier 3 cast also includes Samantha Scaffidi, Elliott Fullam, Daniel Roebuck, Antonella Rose, Krsy Fox, Clint Howard, Jon Abrahams, with Chris Jericho and Jason Patric.
“When I did find out it was Christmas I wasn’t psyched about it because it’s not my favorite holiday, I don’t enjoy Christmas. But I do love me a horror Christmas movie so it will at least give me something to look forward to for Christmas,” Lauren tells us about the holiday aspect of the third installment.
On Terrifier 3 upping it’s horror and slasher game (it has become the first movie to ban minors from watching it in France), Lauren says, “Damien goes there but he doesn’t do it in a way that’s completely tasteless and it’s why I enjoy watching these films. It’s self aware, it knows what it’s doing.”
