Shudder today revealed a teaser for the seventh installment of the horror found footage anthology franchise, V/H/S/ which debuted in 2012. The newest installment, V/H/S/BEYOND, will premiere on October 4th and will feature six new bloodcurdling tapes, placing horror at the forefront of a sci-fi-inspired hellscape.
The six segments will include:
- “Stork” directed by Jordan Downey (ThanksKilling, The Head Hunter), with a screenplay by Downey and Kevin Stewart (The Head Hunter, ThanksKilling)
- “Fur Babies” written and directed by Christian Long & Justin Long (Jeepers Creepers, Barbarian)
- “Live and Let Dive” directed by Justin Martinez (V/H/S, Southbound), with a story by Martinez and Ben Turner (Among the Stars), and screenplay by Turner
- “Dream Girl” directed by Virat Pal (Recapture) and written by Pal and Evan Dickson (V/H/S/85, Totem)
- “Stowaway” directed by Kate Siegel (Hush, The Haunting of Hill House) and written by Mike Flanagan (The Haunting of Hill House, Midnight Mass)
- A special presentation by Jay Cheel (Cursed Films, How To Build A Time Machine)
