Netflix has announcd announced that the highly-anticipated second season of Nobody Wants This will premiere Thursday, October 23, 2025.
Series creator Erin Foster, executive producer Sara Foster, executive producer/star Kristen Bell and cast members Adam Brody, Justine Lupe, Timothy Simons and Jackie Tohn broke the news live on stage from Netflix’s FYSEE LA Emmy Event celebrating Nobody Wants This Season 1. The event, which took place at the Academy Museum in Los Angeles, featured a screening of the Season 1 premiere followed by a live panel taping for Erin and Sara Foster’s hit podcast, The World’s First Podcast.
Returning cast members from Season 1 include Kristen Bell, Adam Brody, Justine Lupe, Timothy Simons, Jackie Tohn, Stephanie Faracy, Michael Hitchcock, Tovah Feldshuh, Paul Ben-Victor, Emily Arlook, Sherry Cola and Shiloh Berman.
Season 2 guest stars include Leighton Meester, Miles Fowler, Alex Karpovsky and Arian Moayed.
Fowler will plays Lenny – Noah’s (Adam Brody) Matzah Ballers teammate who gets set up with Morgan (Justine Lupe). Meester will Abby – Joanne’s (Kristen Bell) middle school nemesis who is now an Instagram mommy influencer. Karpovsky will plays Big Noah – An overly confident rabbi at Noah’s (Adam Brody) temple. Moayed will play Dr. Andy – A charming, highly regarded (particularly by himself) psychotherapist who might just be the perfect match for Morgan (Justine Lupe).
Jenni Konner (Girls, Single Drunk Female) and Bruce Eric Kaplan (Girls, No Good Deed) join Season 2 as executive producers and showrunners, and Nora Silver (Deli Boys, Welcome to Chippendales) also come on to executive produce.
