Season 2 of Nobody Wants This is Now in Production
Netflix today announced that Season 2 of Nobody Wants This has officially begun production in Los Angeles. Season 2 of the breakout hit comedy series is slated to premiere on Netflix in 2025.
Returning series regulars from season 1 will include: Kristen Bell (The Good Place, Veronica Mars), Adam Brody (American Fiction, The O.C.), Justine Lupe (Succession, Mr. Mercedes), Timothy Simons (Candy, Veep), and Jackie Tohn (Gen V, GLOW).
The following cast members were recently announced to join season 2 in guest starring roles:
Leighton Meester (ExMas, Gossip Girl) plays “Abby” – Joanne’s (Kristen Bell) middle school nemesis who is now an Instagram mommy influencer.
Miles Fowler (A Man on the Inside, Bottoms) plays” Lenny” – Noah’s (Adam Brody) Matzah Ballers teammate who gets set up with Morgan (Justine Lupe).
Alex Karpovsky (Angelyne, Girls) plays “Big Noah” – An overly confident rabbi at Noah’s (Adam Brody) temple.
Arian Moayed (Succession, Inventing Anna) plays “Dr. Andy” – A charming, highly regarded (particularly by himself) psychotherapist who might just be the perfect match for Morgan (Justine Lupe).
Jenni Konner (Girls, Single Drunk Female) and Bruce Eric Kaplan (Girls, No Good Deed) join Season 2 as executive producers and showrunners, and Nora Silver (Deli Boys, Welcome to Chippendales) also come on to executive produce.
