Paramount+ has launched its “Tis the Season for Streaming” holiday collection which covers beloved classics, modern favorites, and brand-new premieres. At the heart of this year’s slate are two of the most iconic Christmas films ever made – Miracle on 34th Street (1947) and its 1994 reimagining – both available to stream beginning December 1.
Joining these timeless favorites are two definitive takes on Dickens’ classic: the richly acclaimed A Christmas Carol (1984) starring George C. Scott and the musical adaptation Scrooge, as well as the delightfully irreverent Bill Murray–led Scrooged. Rounding out the marquee titles is the beloved holiday-adjacent classic Planes, Trains and Automobiles, a must-watch seasonal staple that captures the chaotic, heartfelt comedy of getting home for the holidays.
