Paramount Pictures today dropped a new photo and creepy teaser for Smile 2, the sequel to the 2022 horror movie. Smile 2 will premiere in theaters October 18, 2024, just in time for spooky season.
Directed by Parker Finn (Smile), Smile 2 stars Naomi Scott (Aladdin, Anatomy of a Scandal), Rosemarie DeWitt (The Boys, Little Fires Everywhere), Kyle Gallner (Smile, Interrogation), Lukas Gage (Dead Boy Detectives, The White Lotus), Miles Gutierrez-Riley (I Wish You All the Best, The Wilds), Peter Jacobson (Ray Donovan, House), Raúl Castillo (Army of the Dead, Cassandro), Dylan Gelula (Dream Scenario, Unbreakable Kimmy Schmidt), and Ray Nicholson (Panic, Mayans M.C.).
The synopsis reads, “About to embark on a new world tour, global pop sensation Skye Riley (Naomi Scott) begins experiencing increasingly terrifying and inexplicable events. Overwhelmed by the escalating horrors and the pressures of fame, Skye is forced to face her dark past to regain control of her life before it spirals out of control.”
