
Netflix today revealed the official trailer and new images for the upcoming fifth and final season of the psychological thriller, You starring Penn Badgley (Gossip Girl) as Joe Goldberg. Season 5 will debut on April 24 and will feature a new ensemble cast, with Charlotte Ritchie (Feel Good) reprising her role as Kate from Season 4.
Madeline Brewer (The Handmaid’s Tale), Anna Camp (Pitch Perfect), and Griffin Matthews (The Flight Attendant), join Season 5.
Brewer will play Bronte, a new employee at Joe’s new bookstore, Matthews will play Teddy Lockwood, Joe’s brother-in-law, and Camp will play twins Raegan and Maddie Lockwood, Joe’s sisters-in-laws.
Logline: “In the epic fifth and final season, Joe Goldberg returns to New York to enjoy his happily ever after… until his perfect life is threatened by the ghosts of his past and his own dark desires.”

Tudum further adds, “Picking up three years later, the new season reveals that Joe hasn’t killed anyone since we last saw him. Progress! Instead, he’s been focused on raising Henry, the son he had with his ex-wife Love (Victoria Pedretti), and helping Kate steer the Lockwood Corporation in a more charitable direction. Joe never dreamed he would be part of New York’s elite, and he’s doing everything in his power to protect what he has.”

Additional recurring cast include Natasha Behnam (The Girls on the Bus), Tom Francis (Sunset Boulevard), b (WeCrashed), Nava Mau (Baby Reindeer), and Pete Ploszek (Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles).
