MGM+ (formerly Epix) today released a teaser trailer (below) for season 2 of their critically acclaimed sci-fi horror series FROM which will premiere on April 23, 2023. Season one premiered on February 20, 2022 on the streaming platform and was renewed for season 2 in April 2022.
Created by John Griffin and produced by Jack Bender (Lost, The Sopranos) and Jeff Pinkner (Lost, Alias), FROM takes place in a small U.S town which traps anyone who enters. If that weren’t enough, there are mysterious creatures surrounding the town that only come out at a night and appear to be human, but pose some seriously creepy smiles.
FROM stars Harold Perrineau (Lost, 28 Weeks Later), Catalina Sandino Moreno (The Affair, Barbarians), Avery Konrad (Honor Society, Sacred Lies), Hannah Cheramy (Van Helsing, The Hollow Child), Eion Bailey (Once Upon A Time, Ray Donovan), Corteon Moore (Slasher, Utopia Falls), Ricky He (Warming Up To You, The Good Doctor), Simon Webster (Chucky, Lucas The Spider), Scott McCord (The Sinner, East of Middle West), Elizabeth Saunders (Mary Kills People, When Hope Calls), Elizabeth Moy, Chloe Van Landschoot, and Pegah Ghafoori.
Season one ended on a cliffhanger and it will be really interesting to see how things pick up in the new season. In the teaser, we see a bus of people who just entered the town arrive along with some quick and terrifying shots of the creatures (below).
