We spoke with actress Johanna Liauw on the Popternative show about the film Tall Girl 2 which is now streaming on Netflix worldwide. In this sequel to its wildly successful teen romantic comedy Tall Girl (2019), Johanna plays Stella, the Swedish sister of Griffin Gluck’s exchange student housemate Stig, alongside Ava Michelle, Griffin Gluck, Angela Kinsey and Steve Zahn.

Born in San Diego, California and raised in Atlanta and South Florida, Johanna Liauw recently got her start in acting during the covid-19 quarantine in 2020, when she wrote and starred in the web series Quarantine Leap.
