We were joined on the Popternative show by director Steven Caple Jr. to discuss Transformers: Rise of The Beasts which is now playing in theaters worldwide. The Transformers movies are big on action and just a great movie theatre experience every time, and this one is no different.

Transformers: Rise of The Beasts Synopsis
Returning to the action and spectacle that have captured moviegoers around the world, Transformers: Rise of the Beasts will take audiences on a ‘90s globetrotting adventure with the Autobotsand introduce a whole new faction of Transformers – the Maximals – to join them as allies in the existing battle for earth.
In our interview, Steven talks about finding the balance of making a film with non-stop action/effects as well has having a grounded human story. He also discusses his relationship with the original source material from and how that came in to play when making Rise of The Beasts.
