
We were joined on the Popternative show by Craig Robinson and Rell Battle to chat about season 2 of their comedy series, Killing It premiering August 17th on Peacock. *This interview was recorded before the SAG-AFTRA strike.
Killing It is described as a “comedy about class, capitalism, and one man’s quest to achieve the American Dream. But first he has to overcome vicious criminals, nature run wild, and worst of all, corporate America.” It stars Craig Robinson (Hot Tub Time Machine, The Office) as Craig, Claudia O’Doherty (Extra Ordinary, Love) as Jillian, and Rell Battle (Superior Donuts, Jeff Ross Presents Roast Battle) as Isaiah.

In our interview, Craig and Rell talk about what we can expect with the new season and the comedy style of Killing It. Craig also discusses his role as the Pontiac Bandit on Brooklyn Nine-Nine which was developed by Dan and Luke who also are showrunners and writers of Killing It.
