Prior to the SAG-AFTRA strike, we were joined on the Popternative show by Colton Osorio who can currently be seen portraying young Monkey D Luffy in Netflix’s live-action adaptation of Japan’s highest-selling manga series, One Piece. The series premiered on August 31st and follows Luffy as he sets off from his small village on a journey to find the legendary fabled treasure, One Piece, to become King of the Pirates. The main cast includes Iñaki Godoy (Who Killed Sara?) as Luffy, Mackenyu (Knights of the Zodiac) as Zoro, Emily Rudd (Fear Street Trillogy) as Nami, Jacob Romero (Greenleaf) as Usopp, Taz Skylar (Boiling Point) as Sanji, Vincent Regan (300) as Vice Admiral Garp, and Morgan Davies (Evil Dead Rise) as Koby.
