
Netflix‘s latest rom-com, Love At First Sight, is based on the the young adult novel, The Statistical Odds of Love at First Sight by bestselling author by Jennifer E. Smith. Released on the streaming platform on September 15th, Love At First Sight stars Haley Lu Richardson (The White Lotus), Ben Hardy (Bohemian Rhapsody), Rob Delaney (Catastrophe), Sally Phillips (Miranda), Jameela Jamil (The Good Place), and Dexter Fletcher (Terminal).
Directed by Vanessa Caswill (Thirteen), the film follows Hadley (Haley Lu Richardson) who misses her flight from New York to London and meets Oliver (Ben Hardy) in a chance encounter at the airport that sparks an instant connection. A long night on the plane together passes in the blink of an eye but upon landing at Heathrow, the pair are separated and don’t end up exchanging contact information in time. What follows is an adventure on both their parts to somehow find each other in the large city.
