We recently chatted with Cobra Kai newcomer Alicia Hannah-Kim who joins season 5 as Sensei Kim Da-Eun and will be part of Terry Silver’s plan to make Cobra Kai globally dominant. Season 5 will premiere on Netflix on Friday, September 9th with all 10 episodes.

Cobra Kai Season 5 Synopsis
Following the shocking results of the All Valley Tournament, Season 5 finds Terry Silver expanding the Cobra Kai empire and trying to make his “No Mercy” style of karate the only game in town. With Kreese behind bars and Johnny Lawrence setting karate aside to focus on repairing the damage he’s caused, Daniel LaRusso must call on an old friend for help.

In our interview, Alicia talks about joining the Cobra Kai universe, her character being very involved with the dojo rivalry storyline and much more. She also talks about what it was like to work on a show that has tons of action/fight scenes as well as drama and growth with certain characters.
