Apple TV today released a first look teaser at Season 3 of the dystopian sci-fi drama, Silo, starring Rebecca Ferguson. Already renewed for a fourth and final season, the series based on Hugh Howey’s New York Times bestselling trilogy, Silo.
Set to premiere on July 3, the ensemble cast returning alongside Ferguson are Common, Harriet Walter, Chinaza Uche, Avi Nash, Alexandria Riley, Shane McRae, Remmie Milner, Rick Gomez, Billy Postlethwaite, and Clare Perkins. Steve Zahn will also return.
Joining the cast for Season 3 are Ashley Zukerman (Manhattan, Succession) and Jessica Henwick (Vladimir, The Royal Hotel), who appeared in the Season 2 finale, along with Laura Innes (ER, Deep Impact), Jessica Brown Findlay (Harlots, Castlevania), Morven Christie (The Bay, Grantchester), Reed Birney (The Menu, House of Cards) and Matt Craven (The Last Thing He Told Me, Under the Bridge), with Colin Hanks (Nuremberg, A Friend of the Family) set to recur.
The synopsis for Season 3 reads, “Season three of Silo continues the saga of a dystopian society of 10,000 people living underground under mysterious circumstances, while revealing an origin story set centuries earlier. In the present, Juliette Nichols (Ferguson) survives her forced “cleaning” but returns with memory loss as the silo recovers from rebellion and faces a dangerous new threat. Meanwhile, in the “Before Times,” journalist Helen Drew (Jessica Henwick) and Congressman Daniel Keene (Ashley Zukerman) uncover a conspiracy that pulls them into a chain of events with catastrophic, irreversible consequences.”
