Netflix today revealed first look images from the upcoming romantic dramedy, The Life List, premiering March 28. Based on the novel of the same title by Lori Nelson Spielman, the film stars Sofia Carson (Carry-On, Purple Hearts), Kyle Allen (The In Between, West Side Story), José Zúñiga (Griselda, Twilight), Sebastian de Souza (The Great, Medici), and Connie Britton (Nashville, Friday Night Lights).
Directed by Adam Brooks (Mozart in the Jungle, Definitely, Maybe), the logline reads, “When Alex Rose’s mother sends her on a quest to complete her childhood bucket list, it takes her on a journey that will make you both laugh and cry as she uncovers family secrets, finds romance, and discovers herself along the way.”
Tudum describes the film as “one part romantic comedy, one part family drama, and all about the journey in finding yourself — and seeing what happens next,” and as “an emotional coming-of-age story and an irresistible romance with its authentic and layered characters and universal premise.”
