A new murder mystery thriller series set in the Gilded Age is coming to The Network, a new free, ad-supported premium streaming platform that launched in May 2024. The Artist, written and directed by Aram Rappaport (The Green Veil, Syrup) premieres with part one on Thanksgiving followed by part two on Christmas Day.

The synopsis reads, “In the twilight of the Gilded Age, murder strikes the estate of an eccentric and failing tycoon. As he hosts the era’s biggest celebrities including Thomas Edison, Edgar Degas and Evelyn Nesbit, lies, mystery and ambition collide as the truth is shockingly revealed.”

The Artist stars Mandy Patinkin as Norman Henry, Janet McTeer (Ozark, Sorry for Your Loss) as Marian Henry, Danny Huston (The Naked Gun, Yellowstone) as Edgar Degas, Hank Azaria (Brockmire, The Simpsons) as Thomas Edison, Patti Lupone (Agatha All Along, Hollywood) as Rosie Morsch, Katharine McPhee (Scorpion, Smash) as Nora Bayes, Clark Gregg (Murderbot, Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D.) as Harry Kendall Thaw, Ever Anderson (Peter Pan & Wendy, Black Widow) as Evelyn Nesbit, and Zachary Quinto (Brilliant Minds, Star Trek) as Delphin Delmas.
