20th Century Studios today revealed the official trailer for Oscar and Emmy Award winner James L. Brooks‘ (As Good as It Gets, Terms of Endearment) new comedy, Ella McCay, featuring an all-star cast. Coming to theaters on December 12, 2025, the film “follows an idealistic young woman who juggles her family and work life in a comedy about the people you love and how to survive them.”
Ella McCay stars Emma Mackey (Hot Milk, Sex Education), Jamie Lee Curtis (Everything Everywhere All at Once, True Lies), Jack Lowden (Slow Horses, Dunkirk), Kumail Nanjiani (The Big Sick, Silicon Valley), Ayo Edebiri (Opus, The Bear), Spike Fearn (Tell Me Everything, Aftersun), Rebecca Hall (The Listeners, Vicky Cristina Barcelona), Julie Kavner (The Simpsons, Rhoda), Becky Ann Baker (The Resort, Girls), Joey Brooks (Winning Time: The Rise of the Lakers Dynasty, The Pale Blue Eye), Albert Brooks (Drive, Finding Nemo), and Woody Harrelson (True Detective, Triangle of Sadness).
