
Apple TV+ today have revealed a teaser trailer for the upcoming emotional thriller, The Lost Bus, starring Matthew McConaughey (Interstellar, Dallas Buyers Club) and America Ferrera (Barbie, Superstore). T
The Lost Bus is is directed by Paul Greengrass (Captain Phillips, The Bourne Supremacy), written by Brad Ingelsby (Mare of Easttown, Our Friend), and produced by Jason Blum (M3GAN, Get Out) and Jamie Lee Curtis (Everything Everywhere All at Once, Halloween).
The action-packed rescue drama is inspired by real events and will come to select theaters and on Apple TV+ in Fall 2025. In addition to McConaughey and Ferrera, the cast includes Yul Vazquez (Severance, The Outsider), Ashlie Atkinson (The Gilded Age, BlacKkKlansman), and Spencer Watson (Them, Mr. Student Body President).
Per Apple TV+, “The Lost Bus is a white-knuckle ride through one of America’s deadliest wildfires, as a wayward school bus driver (Academy Award-winner Matthew McConaughey) and a dedicated school teacher (Emmy, SAG and Golden Globe Award-winner America Ferrera) battle to save 22 children from the terrifying inferno.”
