Netflix today announced that Arcane season 2 will premiere in November 2024 and released a first look video teaser. The animated series received four Primetime Emmy Award wins including Outstanding Animated Program, making it the first streaming series to win this Award.
Hailee Steinfeld (Hawkeye, Dickinson), Ella Purnell (Fallout, Yellowjackets), and Katie Leung (The Wheel of Time, The Peripheral) will reprise their voice roles for season 2 with additional voice cast to be announced.
Season one debuted on November 6th 2021 and is based on the 2009 popular online game League of Legends. Set in Utopian Piltover, the series follows two sisters who fight on rival sides of a war between magic technologies and clashing convictions.
