A24 today revealed the third and final trailer for the upcoming psychological horror film, Heretic, starring Hugh Grant (Wonka, The Undoing) in a very creepy and unsettling role. From writer-director duo Scott Beck and Bryan Woods (A Quiet Place, The Boogeyman), Heretic also stars Sophie Thatcher (Yellowjackets, The Boogeyman) and Chloe East (Generation, The Wolf of Snow Hollow).
The synopsis reads: “Two young missionaries are forced to prove their faith when they knock on the wrong door and are greeted by a diabolical Mr. Reed (Hugh Grant), becoming ensnared in his deadly game of cat-and-mouse.”
Heretic will premiere in theaters November 8, 2024.
