Fallout is a new series based on the wildly popular video game franchise. While it takes place in the very same post-apocalyptic world, it does not follow any of the stories from the games, making it something both familiar and unique.
The Fallout reactions are in, and perhaps that is what has fans over the moon about it, however it isn’t just gamers who are thrilled with Fallout. Both critics and viewers who have never played the Fallout games are raving about the new series, which is now streaming the full eight-episode season one on Prime Video.
Fallout synopsis: Fallout is the story of haves and have-nots in a world in which there’s almost nothing left to have. Two-hundred years after the apocalypse, the gentle denizens of luxury fallout shelters are forced to return to the irradiated hellscape their ancestors left behind—and are shocked to discover an incredibly complex, gleefully weird, and highly violent universe waiting for them.

When it comes to the Rotten Tomatoes reviews, Fallout is sitting pretty with a 94% score after 62 reviews.

The Rotten Tomatoes score is a little bit less, sitting at 86% with over 100 verified reviews at the time of writing this, but that is nothing to bat an eye at.
“This was surprisingly good. I was ready to hate it tbh. Wasn’t impressed with the trailer. If you’re a fan of the video-game and the universe, the show is right up your alley with its attention to details and it’s fidelity to the source material.
