Crave today revealed a first look teaser for its upcoming original mystery thriller YAGA during San Diego Comic-Con giving audiences a glimpse at the eight-episode series ahead of its October premiere. The series will stream on Crave in Canada and on AMC+ in the U.S.
Reimagining the legend of Baba Yaga as a contemporary mystery set in a small coastal town, the series stars Carrie-Anne Moss (The Matrix), Hudson Williams (Heated Rivalry), Noah Reid (Schitt’s Creek), and Clark Backo (Letterkenny) in a suspenseful tale of disappearances, dark secrets, and ancient magic.
Additional cast are Sheila McCarthy (Women Talking), Megan Follows (The Way Home), Ezra Franky (Untamed), Patrick Gilmore (Travelers), Katharine Isabelle (Ginger Snaps), Hiro Kanagawa (Shōgun), Emilija Baranac (Fakes), Georgia Acken (The Sacrifice), Anisa Harris (Yellowjackets), and Sam Krochmal (Voicemails for Isabelle).
