Tubi is getting an early start on spooky season, dropping the trailer today for its upcoming campy slasher Buzzkill. The horror comedy is set to stream on September 25, just in time for viewers to kick off the Halloween season. The film stars Siena Agudong (Carrie, Sidelined: The QB and Me), Brec Bassinger (Final Destination Bloodlines, Stargirl), and rapper Aliyah’s Interlude (English Teacher).

Written by Suzanne Keilly (Warrior Nun, Slumber Party Massacre) and directed by Jem Garrard (R.L. Stine’s Pumpkinhead, Slay), the synopsis reads, “when a group of sorority sisters find themselves trapped with a vengeful killer, party-girl Nora (Agudong) knows that the drunker she gets, the more her tipsy memories start revealing clues about who’s murdering her friends. But she’d better hurry, or her next vodka soda might be her last call.”

Buzzkill‘s cast also includes Atara Jawahir (Killer Body Count, Good Luck, Have Fun, Don’t Die), Jessie Diepeveen (Reyka, Killer Body Count), Kealeboga Masango (Genesis, Youngins), Gemma French, Jacques Adriaanse (Match, Koek), and Angela Wu.
